Good the luxurious amenities at this hotel were impressive. the staff were attentive and the Spa & Wellness Centre provided outstanding treatments. Indoors, the swimming pool and sauna were relaxing, while outside, the infinity pool was a highlight. the stunning beach access and sun loungers in the scenic garden area were a great way to unwind. the restaurant was exceptional with a range of special diet menus and packed lunches. the room had exclusive facilities and the stunning location was unmatched.
Bad Our only minor issue was that some of the dishes at dinner were cold.
Despite this, the restaurant made up for it with their excellent selection of desserts.

Planned to see Ha Long major attractions and it was relaxing base for visiting all of them. Climate control, a sitting area and a work desk in our comfort room were realy useful during our stay.
